$75 per hour (3 hour minimum)

• 1 RBS-certified professional bartender

• Standard bar tools

• Full setup & breakdown

• Customized alcohol shopping list

• Licensed & insured ($1,000,000 / $2,000,000 coverage)

This service does NOT include alcohol or bar supplies.

All alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, and garnishes must be provided by the client unless the Supply Package is added.

Additional Bartenders

$60 per hour (3-hour minimum)

Recommended for events with 75+ guests to ensure efficient service and minimal wait times for the duration of the event.

Events with two or more bartenders require the Wood Luxe Bar unless a suitable large bar is provided by the venue.

The Essential Bar Package

Our most popular add-on for a fully stocked, stress-free bar experience.

No more store runs. No more guessing how much ice to buy. No more last-minute mixer stress.

Includes disposable barware (cups, straws, cocktail napkins), ice, basic garnishes, simple syrup, sour mix, pineapple, cranberry, orange juice, lemon & lime juice and assorted sodas (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, club soda, and tonic).

Specialty mixers, custom syrups, and elevated garnishes are available as add-ons.

LED Mini Bar Rental

Modern LED illuminated mini bar designed for smaller events and cocktail hour service.

This bar comfortably accommodates one bartender and features adjustable lighting to complement your event aesthetic. Its compact design fits seamlessly in intimate spaces and allows for quick, efficient setup and breakdown. Ideal for cocktail hour, micro-weddings, and small guest counts.

6ft Wood Bar Rental

$200

Full-size 6ft wooden portable bar designed for higher-volume service and events requiring two bartenders. Features interchangeable bar top panels (all white or light wood) to match your event aesthetic. This bar requires additional transport, setup, and breakdown and is ideal for weddings and larger guest counts.

Bar selection is determined by event size, bartender count, and venue logistics. Venue-provided bars may be used in place of rentals when available.
